Seller and scope

These terms apply to purchases of goods from the Neroni Mameli website. Provisions reserved for consumers apply to individuals purchasing for purposes outside their professional activity. Professional supplies and products supplied by quotation are also subject to the details agreed in writing, while respecting applicable mandatory rights.

Products, materials and personalisation

The product page and summary specify the characteristics, dimensions, finishes, production methods, fixings and included accessories. Photos and 3D views illustrate the product and layout: colours, reflections and materials may appear different depending on the lighting and screen, without affecting conformity with the agreed characteristics.

Before ordering, check the text, spelling, dimensions, number of items, logo and fixings. You must have the right to use the files and content you provide for the requested work. Before production, we review all text and proofs and correct any imperfections in layout, alignment and proportions. We will contact you only if any details are unclear and we need clarification. This review does not authorise changes to names, text, materials or dimensions that have not been agreed. A separate proof for approval is arranged when needed for the job.

Prices, VAT and discounts

Public prices are in euros and include VAT. The summary shows quantities, surcharges, discounts, shipping and the total before payment. No additional work or charges are added without agreement with the customer.

The stated discounts apply to equivalent items available to buy online with the same model and the same size, finish and mounting options: 2–4 items −5%, 5–9 items −10%, 10–24 items −15%. The text may differ. A quote is required for 25 or more equivalent items. Any reseller terms are agreed directly.

How an order is concluded

You can buy without creating an account. Before proceeding, review the basket, correct the delivery and billing details, check the personalisation and read these terms. Saving a basket or an order awaiting payment does not start production.

For products with a fixed price, the “Order and pay” button submits an order with an obligation to pay and opens the selected payment method. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and the order is shown as paid. A declined, cancelled or unconfirmed payment does not constitute receipt of funds. If the outcome is uncertain, check the summary or contact us before repeating the payment.

The summary and a copy of the accepted terms remain available on the order page in the same browser used for the purchase. Download and keep the documents and reference. When email delivery is operational, the confirmation includes the summary and saved proofs. To retrieve an order from another device, contact us: we verify the details before providing a copy.

A quote request is not a paid order. For made-to-measure products, professional supplies and products requiring agreed transport arrangements, we confirm the total price, specifications, payment and timing in writing before acceptance.

Payments and tax documentation

Only the payment methods actually available at checkout can be used. Payment takes place on the selected provider’s page; the website does not collect card numbers or security codes. The “paid” status is assigned only after receipt of funds has been verified.

Neroni Mameli s.r.l. issues the invoice for each order directly, using the details entered by the customer. Check the invoice recipient, billing address, tax code or VAT number and, where available, invoice recipient code or PEC certified email address. If the invoice is to be issued to a company or professional, provide the business name and relevant details. For tax-related requests or corrections, contact us with the order reference. The order confirmation and payment provider’s receipt do not replace the invoice issued by the company.

Shipping and orders containing different products

Excluding freestanding sign stands and self-supporting panels, shipping in Italy costs €8 for orders of up to €45 in products and is free above €45. The threshold is calculated on products, including VAT and after discounts. The stated international shipping rate for standard items is €30 per order. For destinations outside the EU, contact us before purchasing to check delivery availability and any customs or import tax charges.

Shipping for all freestanding sign stands and self-supporting panels is always charged, in Italy and abroad. The cost and arrangements must be agreed with the customer in the quotation. Adding other items or exceeding €45 does not make transport of these products free. For a mixed supply including sign stands or panels, request an overall quote before paying.

For products available to buy without a quotation, dispatch takes place after 3 working days from order confirmation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Preparation time comes before transport and is not a promise of delivery within 3 days. For made-to-measure products, timing and arrangements are agreed in the quotation. If a proof needs correcting or an issue affects the timing, we will contact you to agree how to proceed.

Unless a different deadline has been expressly agreed, the statutory time limits and remedies for non-delivery or late delivery apply to consumers. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when they take physical possession of the goods, subject to the statutory exceptions for a carrier independently appointed by the consumer. Tell us about any damage or issues; failing to note a reservation with the carrier does not remove mandatory rights.

Changes after ordering

If you notice an error or would like a change, email info@neronimameli.com immediately with the reference. We check the production status and whether we can make the change. Any price differences and revised timing are communicated and agreed before proceeding.

Once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations of personalised goods. This relates to voluntary changes: withdrawal rights, where applicable, and remedies for defects or lack of conformity remain unaffected.

Consumer right of withdrawal

For standard goods purchased at a distance, the consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of taking physical possession of the goods. If goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts on delivery of the last item. Withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised, such as plaques made with the customer’s specific names, logos or floor plans. Simply choosing a standard variant does not automatically trigger this exclusion.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can use the “Withdraw from the contract” function available from the website footer and order page, or send an explicit declaration to info@neronimameli.com or the seller’s address. The form below is optional. State your name, order reference and the products concerned; no reason or prior authorisation is required. The declaration must be sent within the applicable time limit.

Return the goods within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal to Neroni Mameli s.r.l., Via F. P. Michetti 40, 00155 Roma, Italia. The customer bears the direct cost of returning goods following a change of mind. For bulky standard goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the estimated return cost must be stated in the quotation before acceptance.

The refund includes the price of the returned goods and the standard delivery costs due under the law, within 14 days of notification, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed at no cost. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them at our expense. Surcharges for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer instead of standard delivery are not refunded.

The consumer is liable only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, within the limits set by law. Pack the return carefully; we do not require the original packaging as a condition of exercising a statutory right.

Warranty, defects and assistance

Personalised products remain covered by rights relating to defects and lack of conformity. Consumers benefit from a two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery: in the circumstances and subject to the conditions set by law, repair or replacement is provided free of charge and, where the relevant conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

For defects covered by the guarantee, we arrange remedies without charging the consumer the necessary costs. A complaint about a defect is distinct from a return following a change of mind.

Purchases made in the course of a professional activity are subject to the applicable rules and supply agreements; protections specific to consumers do not automatically extend to professional purchases.

Complaints, applicable law and documents

For a complaint, you can contact the company directly using the contact details provided. Recourse remains available to the competent alternative dispute resolution bodies, where applicable, and to the courts. No membership of a specific dispute resolution body is claimed in the absence of an actual agreement.

Italian law applies, without depriving the consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable. For consumers, jurisdiction remains as provided by mandatory rules.

The version of the terms displayed and accepted is stored with the order together with the date and time. Subsequent changes to the website do not replace the copy already associated with the order. Information on personal data processing is available on the “Privacy and cookies” page.
