How we work together
Can I request a single piece?
Our production ranges from one-off pieces to batches. Tell us about your first commission and any expected order frequency: exclusive terms are assessed according to the working relationship, rather than a fixed public discount.
How are proofs and production agreed?
We start with the product, dimensions, material, installation and personalisation. If the commission includes a proof for approval, this stage is agreed in the quote. The online preview is a reference, not confirmation of feasibility.
Can you ship to my customer?
We can discuss direct shipping to the recipient you specify. If you need unbranded packaging, documents or specific references, include this in your request: availability and arrangements must be agreed before ordering.
How do I request a repeat supply?
Provide the previous order or quote reference and tell us what is changing: names, quantity, finish or destination. We review the new request with you before confirmation.
I have a deadline: how do I let you know?
Include it in the form. Manufacturing and delivery times are assessed for each commission; for an initial check, you can also contact us on WhatsApp or on 06 2275 4671.
