What we need for a bespoke intercom panel
To assess a new faceplate or a replacement for your existing one, please send us:
- The dimensions of the available space and of the faceplate to be replaced.
- The number of users and the preferred arrangement of buttons and nameplates.
- Photographs of the front and the fixings.
- The make, model and dimensions of the audio or video components to be fitted.
Dimensions and component openings must be checked against your system.

Does the panel include a complete intercom system?
Included items are listed on each product page. The standard two-button brass model excludes the speaker and microphone module and lighting: check which components your system requires before purchasing.
Can I replace the old faceplate and keep my existing system?
We can assess a bespoke faceplate based on your existing one. We need photographs, dimensions, fixing positions and component details: compatibility must be checked case by case.
Can I choose a layout with one or two columns?
Yes. Bespoke brass intercom panels are available with one or two columns. Overall dimensions and spacing must be determined according to the number of users and the components to be fitted.
Can the faceplate be prepared for a camera?
You can request a faceplate prepared for a camera. The component’s model, dimensions and position must be checked; the camera is not included.
